La Monitorización consiste en hacer el seguimiento diario de todas las referencias a nuestra marca, a nuestros directivos o a nuestro destino que aparezcan en la red. El objetivo es identificar las opiniones positivas para optimizarlas y las negativas para minimizarlas.
